TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT TICKETS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for [EVENT NAME] (“Event”), organized and presented by [ORGANIZATION NAME] (“Organizer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. TICKET PURCHASES

Late arrivals may be delayed entry until an appropriate break in programming.
3. EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, seating arrangements, performers, speakers, programming, or other Event details at any time without prior notice.
If the Event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, the Organizer may issue refunds up to the face value of the ticket only. Service fees, processing fees, travel costs, lodging expenses, parking fees, and any other incidental or consequential expenses are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the rescheduled date.
4. NO RE-ENTRY
Unless otherwise specified by the Organizer or venue, re-entry to the Event is prohibited after exiting the venue.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONDUCT
The following items and activities may be prohibited at the Event or venue:
• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Outside food or beverages
• Recording equipment
• Drones
• Fireworks or hazardous materials
• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior
The Organizer and venue reserve the right to inspect persons, bags, and personal property entering the Event.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendance at the Event is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, accidents, crowd-related incidents, or exposure to communicable diseases.
By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Organizer, venue owners, sponsors, affiliates, vendors, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at or participation in the Event, including claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You grant the Organizer and its designees the unrestricted right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, recordings, livestreams, or other media for promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, performers, speakers, exhibitors, and venue personnel.
Harassment, discrimination, violence, intimidation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
10. ACCESSIBILITY
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate attendees with disabilities in accordance with applicable law. Requests for accommodations should be submitted to [CONTACT EMAIL] at least [NUMBER] days before the Event.
11. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased by the attendee.
Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Event or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
